NCKMS offers lectures, workshops and courses

CKMS is happy to deliver lectures, workshops and readings.

The center has held writing courses for general practitioners as a remedy for caregiver burnout and for psychologists in psychotherapy outpatient clinics.

CKMS has held talks at SINDS annual meeting, Husum and Roskilde library, LitExhange Aarhus, Young Artists’ Association in Bergen, Course in Arts and Mental Health at Lund University, panel talks in connection with exhibitions: Soil.Sickness,Society (Kunsthal Rønnesbækholm), Alt_CPH, Research Day at Rhythmic Music Conservatory. Lectures at Aarhus University, University of Southern Denmark program for Narrative Medicine.

If you are a museum or exhibition space, we can advise you on how to include psychiatric users in your programmes. As a way to open up an exhibition space and its objects, we can offer short writing courses led by our authors, as we have done in collaboration with the Workers’ Museum, the Medical Museum, the National Gallery of Denmark and Overgaden ovenvande..
